Incorrect stock indication, but prompt refund
I ordered a harness from powerkiteshop, picked the one marked as "in stock".
A week later gave them a call and was told they are waiting for the stock shipment and it's stuck at customs, they couldn't suggest a shipment date.
One week later I checked with them if there was an update and there wasn't - then I asked for a refund, which they processed straight away.
Overall: good customer service experience over the phone, no hard feelings. I suggest you check with them if they actually have stock of what you're ordering, may help avoid my frustration.

Dishonest.
Website says that 95% of deliveries happen on next day. They sent me a kite using Royal mail 48H service. Even if the mail service wasn't running a week late, there was never any chance of hitting that service expectation.

Very bad. Misleading website. Delayed shipment because the product was actually not in stock. Still waiting. Asking for refund and no response.
Now they are not responding to any form of communications.

Shocking. Ordered two kites on 27th December...two months later I am still waiting.
NO communication despite emails. NO response to phone calls! Essentially this is theft, do not recommend buying from powerkiteshop.com

Poor communication, misleading site and no product delivered
Item was listed as in stock and Powerkiteshop accepted payment, then didn't contact me at all until I eventually had to chase them down to track my overdue order. As others have said, they list items as 'in stock' despite not even knowing when the next shipment is due. I've been waiting over a month for a 'next-day' delivery and I'm now waiting on a refund. I understand companies are struggling with COVID-19 related delays, but Powerkiteshop aren't being transparent with their customers and will happily take your money for a non-existant product. Avoid until they improve their communication and business practices.
Check what you are buying exists before paying
Make sure you contact this outlet direct before you make an order because the product you are buying from them is likely to not be in their inventory. Honestly the only reason I’ve used them more than once is their finance option but currently I am waiting on something I ordered three weeks ago. If you don’t want to use their finance option go elsewhere.

I highly recommend this place
I highly recommend this place, these guys have a lot of experience and have been about for many years. I did not feel pushed for a sale when I phoned and I had nearly an hour advice on what would the best kit be for me. I did not buy straight away but had other questions which they resolved via email very quickly. Placed my order Monday at 3pm and had the delivery next day at 9am!!! Their newsletter looks so good, its so tempting. Thanks guys!

The power kite shop is the go to place…
The power kite shop is the go to place in the UK for all your kiteboarding needs. I’ve found them 100% honest 100% for knowledge and 100% for speed of delivery and price. Look no further in my view. Plus they have been in the business from the beginning. Great work guys!

Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered a power kite which was in stock. Based on the websites promise of fast delivery I expected it to arrive with a couple of days. Nothing. Not even a dispatch notice after 6 days. Sent emails, Facebook messages and tried calling but not had any response. Glad I paid through PayPal as they have arranged a refund.

Ordered a kite listed as "in stock"
Ordered a kite listed as "in stock", delivery was quoted as "95% deliveries next day", after many e-mails back and forth it transpired that the kite was not in stock and that the quoted delivery time would actually be 5-7days after they'd received it.
Had to be very forceful via PayPal to get a refund.
Ordered the same kite from kiteland in Portugal, was in transit from Germany the following day, I guess the moral.of the story is don't mislead your customers ?♂️

Disappointed
Disappointed. Wanted to get a kite before going on holiday. Was told postage only no collection due to covid (despite it now being mid August). Called to ensure it would arrive on time.
Ordered Monday, told it was on a 48 hour delivery. Well 96 hours later, no kite! Feel really let down.
Would have been 1 star, but calls have always been answered, and service friendly, just not helpful, as not able to provide any tracking info, or ability to resolve, and basically just blaming the postal service.
